Wally's new family sent this update to his story:
Wally is amazingly affectionate for a dog who has been through what he has been through. The only thing he wants to do is lie right next to you with his body firmly pressed up against yours. He is all about the affection.
I think that everyone who was involved with Wally when he was first rescued is amazed by this transformation in his personality that started with his amazing foster family. He is a very sweet, playful and affectionate boy who is getting along with his older brother Niko.
To see him in the backyard, you would be hard pressed to know that Wally is blind and deaf.
