Polly: Pug of the Day

Adopted!
Name: Polly
Rescued: 12/2006
Adopted: 11/2007

Polly was found as a stray and turned in to the local animal shelter. The shelter contacted PugPROS to take her.

Polly was very, very sick. She was heartworm positive, had terrible teeth, external tumors and an inguinal hernia. We weren't sure she would make it, but she did!

Polly, like every other PugPROS pug, has a microchip so she can never get lost again.

We remind all of the adoptive families to inform PugPROS when their contact information changes. If one of the pugs is lost or found, up-to-date contact information is critical to reuniting the pug and the family.
